ProLogis created an open work environment in their new corporate headquarters building in order to enhance collaboration and maximize natural lighting.  Corporate standards, designed to achieve a conservative yet elegant look,  were implemented in order to provide maximum flexibility for growth and reconfiguration.

Daniels Fund

The Daniels Fund new corporate headquarters was designed by Michael Knorr & Associates to blend into its Cherry Creek neighborhood using a great deal of wood; more than 10,000 square feet of cherry paneling was used in the interior.  Read more about it here.

Koelbel & Company

Koelbel and Company needed to vacate their existing building when light rail expansion affected their property.  When they built a new building on adjacent property, they wanted to make sure that their offices reflected a conservative and professional image in line with the firm’s philosophy.

GHP Financial Group

In an effort to enhance client services, GHP moved into the UMB Plaza Building in late 2004.  GHP’s goals were to provide a more comfortable, up-to-date, and convenient facility for clients while adhering to strict budget guidelines.  OfficeScapes provided renderings to help GHP visualize the proposed furniture solutions  for both private offices and systems workstations. To meet budget requirements, OfficeScapes utilized a unique blend of products and manufacturers.

South Denver Cardiology

OfficeScapes provided furniture installation and project management services for South Denver Cariology Associates, a new 68,000 squre foot state-of-the-art outpatient heart center, located a C-470 and S. Broadway in Littleton, Colorado.  Read more about it here.
